Two miles south of WIlliamsburg, NM there it is  Desert Haven Animal Refuge.

Oh look a Cemetery too!

Wow a dandy mail box

and we head up the driveway

all the way to the next gate.

Right Arrow: Cemetery Gate viewed later

we look through the gate

and a little further to the left and they call it " Birdland".

From the gate I make a 180 and just to the left we set up home

we go off to the right and look back.

I turn to the left and head up the road  to "Birdland". Mary and Barb lead the way.

Just a closer look and "Birdland", it hold doves, peacocks, guinnypigs (sp?), and chickens

and then on to Dog Land

another shot of Dog Land

I turn around and get just another view of Birdland.

From right to left : Birdland, the roof of the service building (for food preparation), the chicken coop, behind the coop is the pump house.

I turn back to the Dog Land and enter the gate.

The gathering area between the Dog Land and the office.

I walk thru the far gate and walk up to Catland and turn around

I turn to the right and and there it is Catland.. oh Mary and Barb are entering the food preparation area for the cats.

The food preparation area for the cats.

From the prep area, a shot into the catland

Outside of Catland I turn to the left and walk up the hill a short way and view the storage shed. Right behind the sign is a ditch

about 5 feet wide and three feet deep.

Turning to the left is some staff residence

another left turn and we view the road i just walked up

THE CEMETERY

The Gate

The Bunkhouse at he far uphill end of the cemetery.

From the bunkhouse I turn to the right and take a shot of the neighbor property that is said to have been a saloon and house of ill repute.
